1. Definitions
- "Company" refers to Bentley Vehicle Storage Limited.
- "Client" refers to any individual or organisation who stores a vehicle with the Company.
- "Storage Agreement" or "Contract" means the legally binding agreement between the Company and the Client.
2. General Terms
- By storing a vehicle with Bentley Vehicle Storage, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the full Contract found on our website.
- It is the Client’s responsibility to read and understand the full terms of the Storage Agreement prior to placing a vehicle in storage.
3. Access and Storage Conditions
- Vehicle access is by appointment only and subject to availability.
- The Client must ensure that the vehicle is fully insured while in storage. Bentley Vehicle Storage does not provide insurance cover for stored vehicles.
- No flammable, explosive, perishable, or illegal items may be left in stored vehicles.
- The Company reserves the right to refuse storage or terminate storage with reasonable notice.
4. Payment and Late Fees
- Storage fees are invoiced monthly in advance and must be paid by the due date.
- Any overdue payments exceeding 30 days will incur interest at a rate of 8% per annum, calculated daily, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
- Vehicles will not be released until all outstanding balances are paid in full.
5. Liability
- The Company accepts no liability for theft, damage, or loss unless caused by proven negligence.
- The Client agrees that Bentley Vehicle Storage shall not be liable for loss or inconvenience due to factors outside of its control (including, but not limited to, fire, flood, power failure, or legal access restrictions).
6. Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement by giving 14 days’ written notice.
- Upon termination, the Client must remove the vehicle from storage by the agreed date. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.
7. Disputes and Jurisdiction
- Any dispute arising from this agreement shall be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
